12 day payroll

Here to shed some light on the pay schedules offered in QuickBooks Online. 

In QuickBooks Online Payroll (Enhanced version), we can only run payroll in a monthly or a weekly schedule frequency.

Though, you can edit the pay date manually and set it during your employees' pay day. However, we're unable to change the pay period covered. 

To run payroll and edit the pay date: 

1. Go to the Payroll menu, then click the Pay your employees button.
2. Under the Pay Date calendar menu, select your pay day.
3. Enter the hours worked, then proceed with the payroll normally.

Our developers might add new and flexible options for pay schedules, especially the 12-day setup. We'll take this opportunity and improve our products in the future. Stay tuned for our newsletters and product updates in your email or in-product messages.
