Can i backdate a payslip

If you are utilizing Payroll Core, it's important to note that backdating a paycheck isn't possible. However, if you're using Payroll Advance, you have the ability to backdate until the previous tax year.

Please be aware that if you need to backdate by more than a year for a payroll advance, or if you are using Payroll Core, it is best to contact our Support team. They will be able to process and enter the backdated paycheck for you.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Help at the top.
3. Click the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
4. Select a topic or enter a brief description of your concern.
5. Hit Continue, then select Start a chat and Get a callback.
