Can you set up a project with a starting balance? New to projects and money is from previous years fundraising not on QuickBooks.

In Quickbooks projects there is no way for you to enter an opening balance for a project, you can use a workaround like creating a deposit transaction link to the project and posting it to undeposited funds, but if you are unsure it's best to reach out to your accountant.
