Can you tell me why our P32 is showing we owe NI to HMRC when none of our employees pay any?

Can we ask which payroll it is you are using in Quickbooks is it Advanced payroll or Standard payroll? 

The way to tell if unsure which one you have is if you click on employees on the left-hand side navigation bar and two other tabs show up saying payroll and employees that is standard payroll if no other tabs show up on employees then it is advanced payroll.
