Hi trying to do payroll. I have gone onto employees then payroll and then Overdue lets go. but all I get is a green circle going around and around Help?

Can we ask which internet browser you are using? 

If it is not google chrome please could you try that browser for us? 

If you still just get a spinning circle in google chrome then can you try in a private/incognito window on google chrome, you can find this option in the right-hand corner under the main internet X is 3 little dots going down in a line> click the 3 dots> 3rd option new incognito window > click that search QuickBooks, log in and try in here to run your payroll.
