How can I see the email my employee should have got to view her payslips so that I can help her set up her password etc?

I can share the steps where you can locate the employee's email.

Here's how:

1. Go to Payroll > Employees.
2. Select the customer's name.
3. From the Personal details section, you can see the email address for that employee.
4. Click the pencil icon if you want to modify the information.
