As much as we would love to continue our services for you, we respect your decision to cease your subscription.
If you were billed for the subscription renewal prior to the cancellation, I recommend contacting our Support first to discuss your agreements. Simply go to the (?) Help menu then enter your billing concern in the QB Assistant box.
After you cancel your payroll subscription with us, your data will be available in "Read Only mode" for up to a year. Before canceling, make sure that you have done the following:
Printed necessary payroll forms and reports you might need in the future.
Paid any outstanding tax deposits and filed tax forms.
Make your own arrangements to retain the data after that time.
To print reports:
Go to the Reports menu and select the report you want to print or export.
Find the report you want to save a copy for, then click to open it.
Make sure to select the correct dates before running it.
When the data is correct, click the Print or Export icons.
