I'll help you fix this, b.williams5.

Most of the time, connection issues in QuickBooks Online are caused by the accumulated cache in the browser. To rule this out, you can try accessing your QuickBooks Online account using a private window. This mode doesn't save browsing history, cookies, and site data. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Command Shift for Safari

If you're now able to connect, go back to your regular browser. Next, clear its cache and cookies to delete the stored junk and start over fresh. You may also switch to other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.
