How long does qb store payslips? Should we also create a paper copy??

Payslips stay on QuickBooks, they don't get removed. They can, however, become lost if Migrating to new payroll within the system but you will get pop up boxes to advise to download the data. You can if you wish download them as little or as often as you like if you want copies. Thanks
