How to unfile CIS Tax?

I need to unfile A CIS tax return as it shows as Rejected. Used to be able to do it on my own but it seems Quickbooks decided to make more difficult as the option isn't available anymore!

Here's how:

Go to Help at the top menu, then select Contact Us.
Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
Click Let's talk.
Once done, select Start a chat or Get a callback option.
