I have an employee that has opted out of pension scheme no refund due but payroll refunding how do i correct this ?

Hello longlifewindows, Welcome to the Community 👋, If an employee has paid into the pension but has opted out within the 6weeks allowable, they would get a pension refund, have you opted the employee out withing the 6weeks? What payroll is it that your using and what pension provider? If you're using advanced I'm sure you can do an adjustment. Thanks, Becky
