You can use a payroll service as an add-on to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to help with running and processing payslips. Alternatively, you can use QuickBooks Workforce to invite your employees and allow them to view and download their payslips online. Here's how:

1. Go to Payroll, then select Employees.
2. Select the employee you wish to invite and then Edit Personal details.
3. Enter the employee's Email address and then check the box to invite your employee.
4. You can also add employees to the Payroll Created page.
