Hi did you ever get a solution to this? We started using payroll at the end of the tax year so I wanted to run a £9,100 salary for the full 24/25 tax year but it’s deducting a huge amount of tax and ni and large er nic ive been on chat and screen share with QB today for 3 hrs, they have no fix for it. I had already submitted it, hoping HMRC would amend it accordingly but they sent me back to QB to file an amendment but we can’t amend it, I’ve tried changing every sheeting and nothing works. I can’t even submit a zero payroll for that month and process it on a different payroll package. Someone please help me!!!!
