Is it possible to export payslips, P60s and P45s for all employees (past and present) in one go?

If you're using a QBO Standard Payroll, here's how to export a payslip one at a time:

1. Go to the Payroll menu.
2. Choose your employee to open their profile.
3. Click on the Payslips tab.
4. Choose the payslip you wish to download.
5. Select Download Payslip.

You can print or download a payslip if you have a QBO Advanced Payroll. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Payroll menu.
2. Click on the Pay runs tab and then open it.
3. In the pay runs actions, select Payslips.
4. Choose between All payslips or Manual notifications.
5. Use Locations to filter payslips by employee location if needed.
6. If you select Manual notification, select View payslips to see and print payslips for employees who need a physical copy.
7. If you prefer a PDF version, select Download payslips.
