Is there any update as when the fix will be out for the 20% PVA Tax Code?

Let me provide an update about being unable to save a bill or an expense using PVA 20% VAT code, sparcs2.

The investigation is still in progress and here's the workaround you can use at the moment;

1. Use the 20% RC MPCC code, and note the transaction to change back to the correct code once resolved.
2. Use No VAT, and note the transaction to change back to the correct code once resolved, and to create an exception if required.
    

If your company file is already added to the investigation, you'll receive updates when the issue is resolved.

If not, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Team so they can add your account. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?).
3. Click Contact us to connect with a live support agent.
4. Choose a way to connect with us:
   • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
   • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
