It appears we did not claim Employer Allowance 2023-24. We have now processed Month 1 of 2024-25 and claimed EA 2024-25. How do we now claim the 2023-24 Allowance please?

It isn't possible to reclaim employers' allowance for previous tax years in QuickBooks Online payroll. Please do this through HMRC's Basic PAYE Tools or contact HMRC for an alternative solution.
