My Accountant didn't submit my FPS on time for Decembers payroll so it's saying I skipped it. Is there any way to push this through for HMRC?

Can we ask which payroll it is you are using in Quickbooks? 

Is it standard or advanced? 

The way to tell is when you click on the payroll tab on the left hand main navigation bar and you get two other tabs showing to click on one saying payroll and the other is employee that is standard payroll. 

If you have no other tabs to click on and when you click on payroll and it loads the payroll page straight away for you then that is advanced payroll you have.
