My FPS is not sending to HMRC yet all the credentials are correct anyone else had had this issue?

Hi sales258, thanks for joining us here on the community! Will this be your first FPS submission on QuickBooks, and can we check which version of our payroll software you're using, Standard or Advanced? 

Same.  My EPS have stopped working since beginning of December.  There must be something wrong and this is doing my head in.
