To calculate your employees' paycheck, you'll need to subtract their gross pay from their deductions to have shown their total net pay.
Let say your employees' gross pay is £50 and has a deduction of £5 deduction per month for their health insurance. Their net pay would be £45. If they have a zero deduction, then their gross pay and net pay would be the same. The key formula to this is Gross pay -deductions = net pay.
