New employee NI contributions on standard payroll

Hi, I am trying to add a new employee on standard QuickBooks - however, when I run payroll it is coming back with PAYE (which itself seems very high) but no NI contribution for employee or employer. Can anyone advise where I may have gone wrong?

Hello Hope211, thanks for reaching out to us here, have you used the ni calculator and the PAYE calculator on HMRC website to double check what it is saying on there to then see if it is the same in Quickbooks
