On our Online Advance payroll the wages post as payment on the Balance sheet & not to the bank account. How do I correct this please ? Thanks Paula

Hello Paula, 

The way in which to change where the wages post too is to go into payroll settings> chart of accounts>default accounts and change the top account to a bank account instead of the liability account.
