Pension contribution for one employee this week is £0, it never has been before. It is not synching with Smartpension?

It's nice to see you again in the QuickBooks Community. I'll make sure you're able to confirm why the pension contribution for one employee this week is £0.

 

I suggest checking if the payroll that you're running is the last payroll of the year or the first payroll of the new tax year. That said, it might be this is an annual deduction and that's the reason that it shows as £0.

 

However, if the said employees shouldn't give as £0, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up and review your account to see the detailed information of the employee and verify the cause of the issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
