Terminate Employee Option is not showing in Employee Details so how can I terminate them?

Welcome to the Community page, 

The option now for a terminate an employee is in the payrun section. 

So you need to run the payroll then click onto the employee in the payrun>click on the action that is in green at the bottom on the employee next to leave balance>then select terminate employee.
