Hello there, @Flixton. I'm here to help you fix this issue you're getting to view timesheets.
As a result of your browser retaining too much historical data, problems can arise. In a few easy steps, we can get rid of them. Try accessing your account through a private window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue.
Use the following shortcut keys:
Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
Safari: Command+Shift+N
After you've logged in, try to do what you were trying to accomplish before. If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser's cache. This way, you'll have a fresh start with QuickBooks.
You can also try another supported browser to see if the issue is related to your browser.
If the problem persists, you may want to contact our support team. It allows a representative to look into your account and check what's causing the issue.
I'm also adding this article where you can check more information about managing timesheets: Timesheets.
I'm always here in the Community if you need further assistance managing timesheets. I'll be more than happy to provide additional assistance.
