We have a client wanting to submit their RTI payroll submissions to HMRC; but difficulty getting their government gateway set up; can we use our agent login if authorised

We have a client wanting to submit their RTI payroll submissions to HMRC; but difficulty getting their own government gateway set up; can we use our agent login credentials if we have been authorised to deal with their payroll?

 Hi userjames5, thanks for joining the Community.

 

If you have registered the client on your PAYE for Agents online service account with HMRC you can submit on their behalf by signing into QBO Accountant > Go to the clients QuickBooks > Enter your Government Gateway user ID & password for PAYE when submitting payroll.
