We have migrated to advanced payroll but only require standard how can we transfer to standard payroll

When it comes to downgrading payroll subscription, you'll have to contact our Payroll Support for assistance. They have the tools needed in downgrading your subscription in a safe and secure environment.

Here's how to reach them:

1. Click the Help icon on the top right.
2. Click Contact Us button at the bottom.
3. Enter Downgrade Payroll Subscription in the What can we help you with? field.
4. Click on Let's talk.
5. Choose the method on how you'd be connected to support.
