Let me share some information concerning the employee's payroll ID, @mike196.
When entering the employee's information, the system normally generates new numbers after completing and saving them. But when you processed payroll and print the pay stubs, it will show the numbers you've entered for the employee's ID.
You can go to the TAX/NI tab and check the Payroll ID from there. If it's blank, you can complete the Payroll ID box again with their ID number. Then run the payslip draft to check if the payroll ID will appear.
