Why are my journals from 2020/21 payroll being coded as 2019 journals?

I'm using QB online, and was forced to migrate to Advanced Payroll if that makes any difference to the problem.

I'd like to help and look at your account and figure out on why your 2020/2021 payroll coded as 2019 journals. However, I'm unable to perform it the Community forum since this is a public page. I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team.

 

There, they can securely check your account and investigate the root cause of this. Here's how to contact them in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief discussion of your concern and select Let's talk.
  4. Then select Start a chat to get in touch with them.

Thank you for replying JasroV.

I haven't the will to start all over again, as I went through the chat system already.  Took nearly an hour for the chat to move onto 'we'll look into it'" . Then case got closed after mixed messages (two which went to a dead link and one I missed), and it was suggested I ask the community. Hey ho.  I'll leave it for the auditor to work out.
