Why isn't the SSP I'm claiming for a sick employee being credited to my Online HMRC Business tax account? Is there some other way I need to claim this back?

Hi kerry-sainsbury, please check that the EPS (Employer Payment Summary) has been submitted. This is needed to claim any payments or reclaim deductions. 

We've created guides with steps to view and submit these for both QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll and QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll.

It's important to note that the EPS will be available to submit between the 6th - 19th of the following tax month. If you've missed a submission, you can wait and submit in the following tax month as the summary contains year-to-date information.
