Can duplicate records in Products and Services be purged?

I can help you purge the duplicate item in your Products and Services list.

You can make unwanted or unused items inactive to exclude them on sales forms, lists, or financial reports. This option doesn't delete the item, it just hides it.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear ⚙, then Products and Services.
   
2. Find the product or service you want to change.
3. Press the ▼ dropdown in the Action column.
4. Choose Make inactive.
   
5. Select Yes to confirm.
