Hi lannysconstructi,

Welcome to Community and thank you for reaching out for the best course of action

to make corrections to paystubs. One of the many options available in QuickBooks Online Payroll is having the ability to meet your goal within product.  I'd be happy to help!

Although you wouldn't have the option to edit a paystub, you can delete the pay cheque and recreate it.  Keep in mind you can only delete a pay cheque if it's the most recent, or you may have to delete all pay cheques back to the date of the one to be edited, working backwards from the most recent.

Here's how to delete a pay cheque:

1.From the left menu select Payroll and then Employees

2. Select Pay cheque list under Run payroll

3. Choose the cheque and click Delete

4. Confirm the action when prompted

Once you've deleted the pay cheques, you're ready to recreate them by running payroll for the required periods.

I you're unable to complete the process, please contact us for assistance.  We'd be glad to assist!
