Can i efile T4s in Quickbooks online on behalf of my client

Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Online Payroll is an exceptional program for paying your staff and filing the associated forms with confidence.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you're on track with your work!

At this time, you can send the T4's with Internet file transfer.  Here's how:

1. Open Taxes, then Payroll Tax from the left menu

2. Select the Filings tab and choose Year-end forms

3. Click on T4 slip (employer).

4. Choose the period and select View. The T4 summary will open in a new tab

5. In the previous tab select Submit. This exports your T4 slips as an XML file and automatically archives a copy for your records in QuickBooks Online.
