Can I take a form out of Archived forms?

Thanks for reaching out to us here!  QuickBooks Online Payroll automatically archives the T4 slips, once you've created them and marked them as filed.  However, you can still access them when needed.  I would be glad to help!

Here's how to view the T4 Summary;

1. Open Payroll, then Payroll tax

2. Select the Filings tab, then click on the Archive folder

3. Locate the T4 Summary in the list and hit View (a new tab will open)

4. Select the Download or Print icon
