Can I undo a payroll run? I ran it incorrectly for Apr 1-30 instead of Mar 1-31? Is there anyway to undo this and correct it before March 28th?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic way to pay your staff with confidence.  I can understand the concern when the pay schedule doesn't align with your desired pay date.  I would be glad to assist!

If the payroll hasn't been processed yet, you can delete the current paycheques, then run payroll again.  This enables you to confirm the pay schedule and pay date, so you can pay your staff on time.  To get started, follow these steps to delete the current pay run;

1. Open Payroll and select Employees

2. Under the Run payroll button, select Paycheque list

3. Select the cheque(s) to remove/cancel and click Delete

4. When prompted to confirm the action, select Yes.
