Can't create roe

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to create a record of employment in QuickBooks Online Payroll without delay.  I'd be glad to assist!

With regards to Box 11, you'll need to ensure the date is accurate.  Be sure to enter the last day the employee received insurable earnings.  This should be aligned with the last day of work and not the last pay date.  In addition, you'll need to assign a reason for issuing the ROE, to reflect in box 16.  You can review the associated codes here.
