to enable accrued vacation payout, you'll need to edit the employee. Here's how;
1. From the left menu, open Payroll, then Employees
2. Select the employee
3. Scroll down to the Pay Types and hit Edit
4. Checkmark the box for Accrued Vacation Payout
5. When you run payroll for the employee, enter the Accrued vacation payout amount
6. Hit Preview payroll.
