It's vital that all your employee information is entered correctly for your pay runs to be accurate. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool able to help you pay your employees for the hours they've worked for your company. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with entering your employee's information.
The first step I recommend doing is going through all the information you've added for your employee to make sure no section was left blank by mistake. If all information is filled out, but you still see a message that it's incomplete, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team by phone. They'll be able to analyze this employee in the payroll system to see why it's still showing as incomplete so you can accurately pay them. You can reach them using these methods:
