Can you issue a manual paycheck in QBO?

Based on what you've shared above, I'd recommend running an off-cycle payroll. Here's how:

1. Go to the Payroll menu and choose Employees.
2. Select Run Payroll.
3. Choose the Pay period from the drop-down.
4. Enter the Pay Date.
5. Select the Employee you want to run an unscheduled payroll.
6. Click on Preview Payroll, then Submit Payroll.
