Welcome to the Community! Having the ability to save your customer's credit card information within QuickBooks Online allows you to speed up the processing of future payments and saving both yourself and your customer valuable time. I can explain how the information is displayed.
Once a credit card is saved, you'll only be able to see the last four digits of the credit card. The system does this for security reasons, as any user of your QuickBooks Online company could view the customer's sensitive data otherwise. If you need to get the rest of the card number, you'll need to reach out to the customer to confirm the information.
