Commission only payroll but getting an error message saying "You must either enter the hours worked or commission amount, or exclude employee from this payroll run"?

I have entered the commission amount but keep getting the error message.

    That error message you've encountered indicates that no amount is entered in the Commission field. Since you have already entered the commission amount, you may have selected another employee for whom no commission has been entered.

     

    If you don’t wish to include this employee in the commission, make sure to uncheck the box next to their name. Afterward, rerun the payroll.

     

    If the error persists despite entering the amount correctly, try running the payroll in an incognito or private browser window. This helps ensure the commission amount saves properly in case there is a browser issue.
