Welcome to the Community. Having the correct employee YTD information is essential to keep your books up to date. QuickBooks Online payroll is a great program that gives you the ability to pay your employees and track your remittances. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction to get the support you need to correct the employee's YTD on the pay stub.
In order to adjust the employee's YTD, I encourage you to contact our customer support team. They'll be able to verify your account and to help you complete a file to send to our payroll verification team. This will allow them to make any necessary changes to reflect the information in the file you provided. Here are some options available to reach out to our team.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
