I have employee that when the migration was done from Quick Books Deskop to Quick Books on liine.
I was previously with Quick Book Desktop. We not able to connect with our Credit Union .
My problem when the migrating was being done everything did not come over as planned. I have hours and day tighted up on working on this and am ready to through it out the window. I started my bank reconcellations and the bank account does not have the correct opening balance. I have looked at the Audit repost and I can see that I made small changes to some of the accounts after they were reconciled. I have fixed them but I have payroll that I deleted that need to be re-entered. Does anyone out there know how to help me. I would like to get this reconcilled this year. Wish I had never changed over
I know QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online look very different when you open them. They both have the same basic functions; you'll use them in a slightly different way. After the learning curve and getting to know where everything is, you'll find it easy to maneuver through QuickBooks Online. I can steer you in the right direction.
