Since you're mentioning trying to get your employees' T4 slips, it sounds like you've already got them set up in the program and have been running payroll. If that's the case, the employee Social Insurance Numbers should already be entered. The program requires all 9 digits of an employee's SIN in order to complete the setup of the employee profile. This is where the program will pull from to populate the fields on the T4 slip.
I want to make sure you're on the right track and that the program isn't doing anything funky where it's asking for a shorter number for the SIN. In light of that, feel free get in touch with our tech support team using one of the following methods.
