Hi, Can I get a per employee T4 data in Excel in QBO

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll enables you to download and print your T4 slips, so you can keep them on file, and distribute them to your employees.  At this time, you can save the forms in .pdf format, or they can be downloaded as an .xml file, for submission on the CRA website.  However, when you open the forms, you can right click on it, then Save as.  This will show a list of available options.  If you would like to see more options, please don't hesitate to submit a suggestion.  The Development Team reviews customer requests for future updates and feature enhancements, to improve your overall customer experience in QuickBooks Online.
