Hi. How can I change the pay period for payroll that has already been set up? There's no options to change it in the payroll settings.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll enables you to edit employee information to ensure they're paid on time.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

Here's how to edit the payroll schedules;

 

1. Open Payroll and then Employees from the left menu

2. Select the Employee

3. Click Edit, to the right of Employee details

4. Select the Edit ✎ next to the Pay schedule field

5. Make the necessary changes and hit Save

Repeat the above steps for additional employees.
