Here's how to correct the pay schedules;
1. Open Payroll and then Employees from the left menu
2. Select an employee
3. Click Edit next to the Employment details section
4. Open the Edit ✎ beside Pay schedule
5. Enter the necessary changes
6. Hit Save when complete
