Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! It's always a pleasure to see a new face. QuickBooks Online payroll is a great tool to have. It allows you to pay your employees the hours they work. It's important that Payroll is set up correctly in QuickBooks. I can provide some information on Payroll.
First you'll need to have the QuickBooks payroll set up in your account to proceed. If you don't already have QuickBooks Payroll set up, here is an article that you can follow to get started. Next, you can start adding your employees. This article will show you all the information you'll need for your employee. Once you have all of your employees information, follow these steps:
Click on Payroll
In the left navigation bar, click Employees.
Click Add employee.
Enter information about the employee
Click Done.
Once your employee has been set up in the Payroll section, you'll be ready to start running payroll. Click here to see how to run your payroll.
