In order to adjust the vacation balance, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Payroll menu and then to the Employees page.
Make edits to the employee in question by selecting their name from the list.
Navigate to question 5 and click on Make adjustments.
Make the appropriate adjustments and make sure your changes are saved.
