How do I change T4's from 2021 showing updated CPP and EI

Welcome to Community!  It's essential that you're able to amend the T4 slips to stay aligned with government guidelines.  I'll be happy to point you in the right direction so you can accomplish your payroll goals!

QuickBooks Online Payroll doesn't currently have an option to make corrections on these forms.  However, you can amend them on the CRA website.  This will also allow you to print or download them so you have them for your records.
