How do I find what the yellow asterisk means in Payroll?

The yellow exclamation point means that there is information missing from you employees profile. You'll need to click on each employee and see which section has the exclamation point. Review that all information is there, if not you'll need to enter it. 

If you have entered all information and are still getting the same results, It may be browsing data that is accumulating on your system and preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, switching to another browser, or trying a private browser This usually resolves browsing data issues.

If the issue persist after trying the steps provided, I encourage you to reach out to the support team outside of the Community so they can investigate further into why this may be happening. You can reach them by following one of these methods:
